Tax Preparation
Our tax department does tax planning in advance of tax preparation to minimize federal, state, and local taxes at both business and individuals levels.
Avrach & Company will assist with your personal and business tax preparation.
Domestic Production Activities Deduction
(DPAD) - This department prepares analyses, and amended current tax returns to incorporate this special tax deduction for businesses such as manufacturers, processors, contractors, farmers or growers, architectural firms, and engineering firms.
The analyses and preparation of appropriate tax forms are done by both our accountants and senior tax manager.
Structure Financing
Analyze current financing and suggest alternative structures to improve cash flow. We have contacts with banks nationwide. Also, nationwide, we are familiar with the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) loan program that provides a loan guarantee to the lender for deals of all kinds, including plant facilities (existing or new), in predominately rural areas. Under this program, terms from lenders are available for up to 30 years for a plant, up to 15 years for machinery and equipment, up to 100% financing, and a fixed (and favorable) rate for the long term.
